This module was created in Captive and uploaded to YouTube as a video. The navigation won’t work because its a video and not the CBT that it was originally designed to be.

Even though the navigation doesn’t work, the video shows my thinking on allowing the learner to navigate the training as they see fit. Sometimes it is important to direct the learners experience. It is up to the instructional designer to determined if the materials need to be presented in a particular order or if the learning can be free form.

There is also a portion of the CBT that is removed where the students are expected to watch a YouTube video. In total the entire eLearning experience as designed would have been 30 minutes. There is also a quiz at the end of the course. This is to test the students knowledge because in this curriculum design everything else that the students learn is based on their knowledge of removing Waste from a system.
